DepositProof privacy
Last updated: September 8, 2026 · IdiotLabs · Android package idiotlabs.depositproof
Local records
DepositProof stores rental records, room labels, notes and copied photos on your device. The product does not upload those records or provide remote access. Android backup and device-transfer extraction are disabled. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local records.
Sharing and printing
When you choose Android sharing or printing, the selected report is handed to the destination you choose. The destination's privacy policy then applies. DepositProof is a personal organizer, not a legal-evidence, authenticity or deposit-outcome service.
Optional Firebase Analytics
Analytics is off by default, including automatic collection. If you opt in, DepositProof sends only fixed event names and bounded counts, such as a photo count or export method. It does not send property labels, room names, notes, file paths, photo bytes or user IDs. You can turn analytics off in Settings. Events already sent may remain in Google's systems according to Google's Privacy Policy.
